The Company was notified on 24 October 2000 that on that date Mr John Samuel
sold 40,000 ordinary 10p shares in the Company at £8.50 per share. These
shares were the result of an option exercise on 18 October 2000. Following the
sale Mr Samuel's total beneficial holding is 439,209 shares.
