Director Holding
The Company was notified yesterday that on 30 July 2001, Mr Christopher
Schofield, a director of the company, and his wife, Mrs Helen Schofield,
bought in aggregate 10,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company, at a
price of £1.80 per share. Mr and Mrs Schofield bought 5,000 shares each.
Following the purchase, Mr and Mrs Schofield's total holding is 12,193 shares.
