The company was notified today that yesterday, 28 January 2002, Mr Christopher
Schofield and his wife, Mrs Helen Schofield, sold in aggregate 5,000 ordinary
10p shares in the Company at a price of £3.52 per share. Mr and Mrs Schofield
sold 2,500 shares each. Following the sale, Mr and Mrs Schofield's total
holdings is 7,193 shares.
