Christopher Ian Mobbs exercised options under the Filtronic plc
Savings-Related Share Option Scheme over 16,250 ordinary 10p shares in the
Company at an exercise price of £1.20 per share. Following the purchase, Dr
Mobbs' total beneficial holding is 295,617 shares.
