Notification of Interests of Directors and Connected Persons

The Company was notified on 23 September that on Tuesday 21 September Mr J
Samuel, his wife Mrs A Samuel and the trustees of a trust established by Mr
and Mrs Samuel for the benefit of their minor children have sold in aggregate
61,200 shares nil paid at £1.80 per share.   The shares sold relate to shares
provisionally allotted to Mr and Mrs Samuel and the trustees following the
Company's 1 for 6 rights issue; accordingly following the sale Mr and Mrs
Samuel's holdings remain unchanged.
