Filtronic plc announces that it has agreed the sale of its land and buildings at
the Waterfront, Saltaire, to GMI Waterside Shipley Limited a wholly owned
subsidiary of GMI Property Company Limited for a gross consideration of
approximately £5.8m. The sale is expected to complete in November 2007.
