                           Notice of Interim Results


Filtronic plc, a leading global designer and manufacturer of customised
microwave electronic subsystems for the wireless telecommunications industries
and defence industries, will announce its interim results for the six months
ended 30 November 2005 on Monday 30 January 2006.


A briefing for analysts will be held on that morning at 9.30am at the London
