Results of Open Offer

Further to the announcement on 24 November 2015 regarding the proposed Open Offer of up to 19,999,373 Open Offer Shares at 5.0 pence per share, the Company is pleased to announce the results of the Open Offer, which closed for acceptances at 11:00 a.m. on 15 December 2015.

Valid acceptances have been received in respect of 10,033,160 Open Offer Shares, representing a percentage take up of approximately 50.17 per cent of those new Ordinary Shares available under the Open Offer. Eligible Shareholders who have applied for Open Offer Shares will receive their full Basic Entitlement. Eligible Shareholders who have made an application under the Excess Application Facility will receive 100% per cent of the new Ordinary Shares for which they applied. The gross proceeds raised by the Open Offer are approximately £0.5 million.

The Open Offer remains conditional, amongst other things, on shareholder approval, such approval being sought at the General Meeting of the Company to be held today at 12 noon at the offices of Panmure Gordon at One New Change, London, EC4M 9AF. 

Unless otherwise stated, terms and expressions defined in the circular to Shareholders dated 24 November 2015 shall have the same meaning in this announcement.
