Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company announces that on 28 June 2016, Peter Baker, the Company Chairman, purchased 40,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at a purchase price of 108p.

Following the purchase, Mr Baker holds 86,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.1 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
