Finsbury Food Group Plc (AIM: FIF), a leading UK speciality bakery manufacturer of cake, bread and morning goods for the retail and foodservice channels, confirms that it has received notification that Nicola Boyd, a person closely associated with Stephen Boyd, Group Finance Director, has transferred 84,514 ordinary shares of Finsbury to a shareholding account through a process of dematerialisation with no resulting change in beneficial ownership. Following the transfer, Mr and Mrs Boyd's combined interest remains 1,280,057 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.98% of the Company's total issued share capital
