FINSBURY GROWTH & INCOME TRUST PLC
Second Interim Dividend
The Board has declared a second interim dividend of 4.2p per share in respect of
the year ending 30 September 2006, such dividend will be paid on 27 October 2006
to shareholders on the register on 22 September 2006.
The Board does not intend to recommend a final dividend in respect of the year
ending 30 September 2006. The total dividend paid for the year, excluding a
special dividend of 2.3p per share paid in August 2006, will be 8.4p per share
(2005: 8.0p per share), an increase of 5% on the previous year. The shares will
go ex-dividend on 20 September 2006.
