                           Proposed Dividend





The Company announces its intention to propose at the forthcoming annual general
meeting, a final dividend of 3.2p.  Such dividend will, if approved, become
payable in January 2004 and will make the total dividend for the year 2003 5.0p,
an increase of 33.3% from 2002 (3.75p).
