SP Angel to become Sole Broker

Cornerstone FS plc (AIM: CSFS), the cloud-based provider of international payment, currency risk management and electronic account services to SMEs, announces that SP Angel Corporate Finance LLP (who were appointed as joint broker on 11 January 2022) is going to become Cornerstone's sole broker, following notification from Peterhouse Capital Limited of its intention to step down as joint broker to the Company.
