Cornerstone FS plc (AIM: CSFS), the cloud-based provider of international payment, currency risk management and electronic account services to SMEs, announces that, Gareth Edwards, Non-Executive Director, has purchased 24,033 ordinary shares of 1 penny each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 16.9p per Ordinary Share.

Following this purchase, he now holds 389,721 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 1.65% of the current Issued Share Capital of the Company.
