Grant of share options to Directors

The Company announces that the Board has today approved the grant of 125,000 options over new ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Company ("New Ordinary Shares") to each of Graham Whitworth (Executive Chairman & Group CEO), Nick Rutter (Managing Director) and John Gahan (Group Finance Director). The options, which have an exercise price of £2.00 per New Ordinary Share, shall vest evenly over 36 months from the date of their grant and are exercisable, to the extent vested, from 12 months until 10 years from the date of grant.
