Sprue Aegis plc (the "Company")
Issue of equity
The Company announces that application has been made for the admission to trading on AIM ("Admission") for 225,000 new ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Company ("New Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the exercise of share options at an exercise price of 19.25 pence per New Ordinary Share. Admission is expected to occur on 30 May 2014.
The New Ordinary Shares rank pari passu with the Company's existing issued ordinary shares of 2 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"). Following Admission, the Company's issued share capital will comprise 45,496,623 Ordinary Shares carrying voting rights. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interests in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
