First Property Group plc (the "Company") (AIM: FPO) announces that it received notification today that on 21 May 2020 Mr. Martin Pryce, a person discharging managerial responsibilities (PDMR), sold and bought back into an ISA 54,084 ordinary shares   of 1 pence each in the Company at 37.00 pence per share and 37.05 pence per share respectively. The transactions took place on the London Stock Exchange. 

Following this notification, the total beneficial holding of Mr. Pryce is unchanged at 1,745,493 Shares representing 1.58% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
