Director's Shareholding

The Company has received notification that earlier today Mr. Alasdair Locke,
Non-Executive Chairman, acquired 125,000 ordinary shares at a price of 16p per
share.

Following this acquisition, Mr. Locke is beneficially interested in 5,515,740
ordinary shares, representing 13.04 per cent. of the Company's issued share
capital.
