Directors' Shareholdings

On 5 April 2001 1,500,000 share options were granted under the Enterprise
Management Incentive provisions to each of Ben Habib and Jeremy Phillips
(Directors of the Company) at an exercise price of 7 pence per ordinary share.

These options are exercisable in three equal tranches from 22 December 2002
until 22 December 2004.
