The Company received notification on 21 March 2002 that, on that date, Thaddeus
Limited, a company owned as to 75 per cent by Mr Benyamin Habib, Chief Executive
Officer of the Company and as to 25 per cent by Mr Habib's wife, acquired
250,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 3.25 pence per share.

Following this acquisition, Mr Habib is beneficially interested in 13,411,783
ordinary shares, representing approximately 14.51 per cent of the Company's
issued ordinary share capital.
