Director's Shareholding

The Company received notification on 12 September 2002 that on this day Mr
Jeremy Phillips, Finance Director of the Company, acquired 100,000 ordinary
shares at a price of 3.5 pence per share.

Following this acquisition, Mr Phillips is beneficially interested in 100,000
ordinary shares, representing 0.11 per cent. of the Company's issued share
capital.
