Holding in Company
The Company received notification on 31 January 2001 that Edinburgh Small
Companies Trust plc is beneficially interested in 5,305,000 ordinary shares in
the Company, which represents 6.24 per cent. of the Company's issued share
capital. This holding has been registered in the name of RBSTB Nominees
Limited.
Date of notification: 5 February 2001
