First Property Online PLC has been informed that, at the request of the
liquidator of Optimax Holdings plc ('Optimax'), a distribution of Optimax's
entire interest of 7,461,538 in the share capital of the Company has been made
to Optimax's shareholders.  As a consequence, Optimax no longer holds a
notifiable interest in the Company's ordinary shares.
