Notice of AGM and posting of Annual Report & Accounts

First Property Group plc (AIM: FPO), the commercial property fund management group, will hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) at 12 noon on Friday 14 September 2012 at The Cavalry and Guards Club, 127 Piccadilly,  London, W1J 7PX.

First Property also announces that it posted the Group's Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2012, which contained the formal notice of the AGM, to shareholders on 17 August 2012. Copies of the Report & Accounts can be obtained from the registered office of the Company at 35 Old Queen Street, London, SW1H, 9JA or from the Company's website www.fprop.com.
