Board Change


Andrew Higginson, non-executive director, has resigned from the Board with
effect from 3 October.   Andrew joined the board of Badgerline Group plc in
1993 as a non-executive director and subsequently continued on the board of
FirstBus plc following the merger with Grampian Regional Transport in 1995.  

Martin Gilbert Non Executive Chairman said: 

'The Board would like to thank Andy for his service to the Group over the last
seven years. He has made a valuable contribution in the formative years of the
company.  We appreciate his need to concentrate on his main board activities
as finance director of Tesco plc and wish him well for the future.
