                               Additional Listing


Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock
Exchange for 5,939 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ('Ordinary
Shares') to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock
Exchange's main market for listed securities ('Admission').


The new Ordinary Shares are being issued pursuant to the exercise of options.
Admission is expected to become effective on 4 February 2004.
