                               Additional Listing


Further to the Company's announcement on 11 April 2005, the Company confirms
that the application for a total of 75,000 ordinary shares of 25p each in the
Company ('Ordinary Shares') to be admitted to the Official List and to trading
on the London Stock Exchange's main market ('Admission') has been made pursuant
to the exercise of options over 65,000 Ordinary Shares by Mr M J Shields, a
director of the Company, and the exercise of options over 10,000 Ordinary Shares
by other employees of the Company.

Admission of the Ordinary Shares is expected to become effective on 14 April
2005.
