                             Director Shareholding


The Company was notified on 4th April 2007 that Mr M.J.Shields a director of the
Company has on that date sold 8,800 ordinary shares at a price of 586p.


Following these transactions Mr Shield's beneficial interest in the Company's
issued ordinary share capital has reduced to 221,242 ordinary shares
representing 0.45 per cent of the Company's total issued Ordinary Share Capital.
