Director Shareholding

The Company was notified on 30 August 2012 that N P Henry an Executive Director had increased his holding of Ordinary Shares of 25p each in the Company through the exercise of options under the James Fisher and Sons plc's Savings Related Share Option Scheme over 2,803 Ordinary Shares at an exercise price of 584p.

Following this transaction N P Henry has a beneficial interest in the Company's issued ordinary share capital of 91,606 Ordinary Shares representing 0.18 per cent of the Company's total issued ordinary share capital.
