The Company was informed on 30 March 2004 that on 29 March 2004 Mr. I.M.
Serjent, a director of the Company, sold 2,425 ordinary shares of 25p each
('Ordinary Shares') and Mrs. J.A. Serjent, his wife, sold 4,500 Ordinary Shares
representing a total of 0.01% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital at
a price of 315.5p.

Following this transaction Mr. I.M. Serjent retains a beneficial interest in
37,438 Ordinary Shares representing 0.08% of the company's issued share capital.
