Director Shareholding
The Company was notified on 8 April 2005 that Mr M J Shields a director of the
Company, had exercised options over 65,000 ordinary shares with an exercise
price of 122p and sold on the same day 65,000 ordinary shares at a price of
313p.
Following these transactions Mr. Shields beneficial interest in the Company's
issued ordinary share capital remains at 166,256 Ordinary Shares representing
0.34 per cent of the Company's total issued Ordinary Share Capital.
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and UK Listing Authority
for 75,000 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to the Official List. Admission is
expected to occur on 14 April 2005.
