FISKE plc (the 'Company')

As a result of the adoption of FRS21 the Company will not be declaring a final
dividend in respect of the year ended 31 May 2006 but instead is today declaring
a second interim dividend of 2p, the same level as the final dividend for the
previous year.

The record date will be 8 September 2006 and the dividend will be paid on 29
September 2006. The ex-dividend date will be 6 September 2006.
