Flomerics  Group plc is pleased to announce the  appointment
of  Chris  James Rathmell Ogle ACA as Finance  Director  and
Company Secretary with immediate effect.

Chris  Ogle, aged 37, worked with Price Waterhouse in  audit
and then taxation from 1983 to 1988. He was Group Management
Accountant  with WPP Group plc from 1988 to  1990.  He  then
joined  Telstar Entertainment Group plc, which  has  several
media businesses currently with a total turnover of ca. £120
million;  his  role progressed from Financial Controller  to
Deputy  Group  Finance Director. In October 1997  he  became
Finance Director and subsequently General Manager of Telstar
Electronic  Studios Ltd. He left the group earlier  in  1999
when  this  subsidiary  was acquired  by  a  competitor  and
Telstar withdrew from the computer games market.

Commenting on the appointment, David Mann, the non-executive
chairman  of Flomerics said: 'We are delighted to have  been
able  to recruit someone of Chris Ogle's calibre with  broad
financial  experience in larger international companies.  He
adds  considerable  strength  to  the  executive  management
team.'
