Sale of additional significant shareholding
On 14 March 2008, the Board of Flomerics, the global supplier of simulation
software, announced that it understood that Pricap Venture Partners AG had sold
its entire interest in shares of the Company to Mentor Graphics Corporation
(Nasdaq: MENT) in an off-market transaction. This interest represented 20.0% of
the share capital of the company, as enlarged by the issue of further shares to
Pricap in relation to the acquisition of NIKA GmbH.
The Board has now been advised that Bluehone Investors LLP has sold its entire
1.38m shareholding in the Company, representing approximately 6.38% of the
existing issued share capital of the company (6.2% of the enlarged share
capital) to Mentor Graphics Corporation. The sale price of 104p per share
compares to the mid market price at the time of sale of 62p per share.
