Flomerics Group PLC ("The Company") has been informed by a letter dated 23
February 2004 that Fidelity Investments and certain of its direct and indirect
subsidiaries have, following a purchase of 35,700 shares, an interest of
1,334,358 ordinary shares representing 9.11 per cent of the issued share capital
