FLOMERICS GROUP PLC ('Flomerics' or the 'Company')
Placing of new ordinary shares to raise £1.2 million
The Board is pleased to announce that Teather & Greenwood
Limited has placed 137,400 new ordinary shares of one penny
each with institutional investors to raise approximately £1.2
million gross.
The shares were placed at £8.75 per share and the placing
represents 4.69 per cent of the enlarged issued share capital
of the Company.
The proceeds of the placing will be used to augment the
Company's working capital.
The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the
existing ordinary shares of the Company. Application has
been made for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to
trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 6
July 2000.
