Cancellation of Treasury Shares

The Company announces that on 25 August 2021, it cancelled 1,965,600 ordinary shares of €0.09 each previously held by it as treasury shares.  The ordinary shares so cancelled represented 1.11% of the issued share capital of the Company. Ordinary shares held in treasury do not have any voting rights.

Following the above cancellations, as at the date of this announcement, the Company's issued share capital is: 175,379,572

The total number of voting rights as at the date of this notice is 175,379,572.  This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Transparency (Directive 2004/109/EC) Regulations 2007 (as amended) (the "Irish Transparency Regulations") and the Transparency Rules.

This announcement is made in accordance with Rule 12.6 of the UK Listing Rules and the Irish Transparency Regulations.
