Confirmation of Board changes

The Company hereby confirms that, further to the announcements on 7 August 2017 and 1 November 2017 regarding his appointment, Peter Jackson has today taken up the position of Chief Executive Officer. Peter succeeds Breon Corcoran, who stepped down from the Board on 7 January 2018.
