The ordinary shares were sold at EUR5.00 per share.
Peter O'Grady Walshe's beneficial shareholding includes 480,248 shares held by
his spouse. In addition, Peter O'Grady Walshe is a trustee of a discretionary
trust, which is the beneficial owner of 107,200 shares. He has a non-beneficial
interest in those shares.
A charitable trust, of which Stewart Kenny is a trustee, has also sold 420,000
shares at EUR5.00 per share. Stewart Kenny is Chairman of Paddy Power plc. He
has no beneficial interest in the charitable trust.
