As notified by our Chairman in the preliminary statement dated 25th February
2004, and announced at the AGM on 22nd June 2004, Messrs Edward McDaid and Ian
Armitage retired as non executive directors from the Board of Paddy Power plc.
Today Ms Nuala Hunt, financial controller, is appointed Company Secretary,
replacing Mr Charles Kelly who now moves into a full-time role in Retail
Operations.
