Parvus Asset Management (UK) LLP has been appointed as Investment Manager to Crescent III LP, The Gallinule Fund, The Caeruleus Fund, The PAM 1740 Fund, The Parvus Armadillo Fund, The Packpar Fund, Parvus European Opportunities Master Fund, Parvus European Absolute Opportunities Master Fund, The Orange Partners Fund, The Parvatrium Partners Fund and The Vittoria Fund - P, L.P. Under the terms of the various investment management agreements, Parvus Asset Management (UK) LLP held the power to vote any physical shareholdings held by these clients.

As a result of internal restructuring, on 30 December 2014, Parvus Asset Management (UK) LLP has conducted a Change of Legal Status and transferred its entire Investment Management business to Parvus Asset Management Europe Limited, which is the new Investment Manager of all Parvus funds. There has been no change of ownership and control.
