Management Change at Paddy Power Plc

Paddy Power plc ('Paddy Power') today announces the appointment of Breon
Corcoran as Managing Director - Non-Retail and Development.  Breon was
previously Commercial Director, having joined the Group in 2001.

In his new role he will retain responsibility for the Group's online and
telephone activities and in addition assume responsibility for new business
development, strategy and acquisitions.

Commenting on the appointment, Patrick Kennedy, Chief Executive of Paddy Power
said: 'Paddy Power has very substantial development opportunities as a
consequence of the fast growth of our markets and our positions in these
markets.  I know that Breon will lead our development activities with the same
focus, determination and success with which he has led the expansion of our
online and telephone activities over the last number of years'.
