Paddy Power plc will issue the following announcements during the first 8 months of 2009:

• Preliminary results for the year ended 31st December 2008 at 7am on Monday, 2nd March 2009;

• An interim management statement at 7am on Thursday, 14th May 2009, coinciding with its AGM expected to be held later that day;

• Interim results for the 6 months ended 30th June 2009 at 7am on Wednesday, 26th August 2009.
