AGM Statement and Update on Trading
Focusrite plc (AIM: TUNE), the global music and audio products company, will today hold its Annual General Meeting at 12.00 noon by way of a closed meeting with only the minimum attendees present as required to form a quorum. As shareholders are not permitted to attend in person, voting on all resolutions will be by way of proxy in advance of the meeting.
Phil Dudderidge, Executive Chairman, will make the following statement regarding current trading:
"Since the year end demand for most of our products has continued to be strong. Consequently, revenue in the first quarter was substantially greater than the equivalent period in the previous financial year. As mentioned at the time of the announcement of the final results for the year ended 31 August 2020, the Board remains conscious of global factors that could adversely impact our operations, which it will continue to monitor."
