Focusrite plc
("the Company" or "the Group")
Change to Final Results announcement date
Focusrite plc (AIM: TUNE), the global music and audio products company, announces that its results for the year ended 31 August 2022 ("Final Results") will now be released on 8 December 2022, and not on 29 November 2022 as previously announced. This is due to the additional time required to complete the Company's Final Results, audit and annual report, following a busy and productive financial year, which included the acquisitions of both Linea Research Holdings Ltd and the rights to the Oberheim synthesiser business. There is no change to the guidance given in the trading update made on 14 September 2022.

The live online briefing for analysts originally scheduled for 29 November 2022 will consequently be moved to 10:30 A.M. on 8 December 2022.
