Focusrite plc (AIM: TUNE), the global music and audio products company supplying hardware and software used by professional and amateur musicians and the entertainment industry, is pleased to confirm that, further to the Company's announcement of 1 September 2020, Sally McKone joins the Board today as Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") with immediate effect.
Accordingly, the outgoing CFO, Jeremy Wilson, steps down from his role although he will stay with the Company until 19 March 2021 to ensure a seamless and orderly transition.
Phil Dudderidge, Executive Chairman, commented:

He leaves the business in a strong position, with a strategic growth plan in place, and depth in the Boardroom and wider management team to execute on that plan."
