Focusrite Plc (AIM: TUNE), the global music and audio hardware and software manufacturer, is pleased to update the market with its current Employee Benefit Trust position and Issued Share Capital.
Holding(s) in Company
The Company received notification on the 5 May 2016 from Elian Employee Benefit Trustee Limited, the Trustees of the Focusrite Employee Benefit Trust that following a sale of 533,359 ordinary shares (0.9%) on the 5 May 2016 they now hold 4,494,504 ordinary shares of 0.1p each representing 7.74% of the total number of shares in issue.
Total Voting Rights
In accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules the Company discloses below the total number of voting rights in respect of its ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each which carry one vote per share.
As at 6 May 2016 the Company's issued share capital comprises 58,075,000 ordinary shares. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury.
Therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 58,075,000 which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
