The previous announcement entitled Transaction in Own Shares and Total Voting
Rights should have stated that the number of shares now in issue was 32,160,184
and not 31,160,184 as previously stated. The amended announcement is reproduced
in full below.


TRANSACTION IN OWN SECURITIES

The  Board  of  Foresight  4 VCT  plc  announces that on 1 July 2010 the Company
purchased for cancellation 158,686 ordinary shares of 1p at a price of 89.0p per
share.

Following this purchase there are now 32,160,184 ordinary shares of 1p in issue.


TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS

In  accordance  with  the  FSA's  Disclosure  and  Transparency Rules sourcebook
transitional  provision 6, Foresight 4 VCT plc advises that its capital consists
of  32,160,184 shares. Foresight 4 VCT plc does  not hold any ordinary shares in
Treasury.

Therefore  the total number of voting rights in the Company's ordinary shares is
32,160,184 which  may  be  used  by  shareholders  as  the  denominator  for the
calculations  by which they will determine if  they are required to notify their
interest  in, or a  change to their  interest in, Foresight  4 VCT plc under the
FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
