The Board of Foresight 4 VCT plc is pleased to announce, with immediate effect, the appointment of Raymond Abbott as a Director of the Company.

Raymond Joins the Board following the recent successful merger of Foresight 4 with Acuity 3 VCT plc, Foresight Clearwater VCT plc, and Foresight 5 VCT plc. He was formerly a Director of Enterprise VCT plc (which was mergerd into Foresight 3 VCT plc in 2008) and was until recently Managing Director of Alliance Trust Equity Partners.
