Allotment

Ordinary Shares

The Board of Foresight 4 VCT plc is pleased to announce that in accordance with the terms of a public Top Up Offer dated 2 March 2012 (the "Offer") that 112,150 Ordinary Shares under the Top UP Offer were allotted and issued on 31 July 2012 at 99.9 pence per Ordinary Share.

Application has been made for the admission of the 112,150 Ordinary Shares in the Company to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on London Stock Exchange plc's market for listed securities.

Following this purchase there are now 38,226,408 Ordinary Shares in issue.

"C" Shares

The Board of Foresight 4 VCT plc is pleased to announce that in accordance with the terms of a public Top Up Offer dated 2 March 2012 (the "Offer") that 43,281 "C" Shares under the Top UP Offer were allotted and issued on 31 July 2012 at 97.4 pence per "C" Share.

Application has been made for the admission of the 43,281 "C" Shares in the Company to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on London Stock Exchange plc's market for listed securities.

Following this purchase there are now 18,744,740 "C" Shares in issue.
